The food is considered as the fuel of human and also a part of his
passions and vocations. Eating well means really knowing what your body
needs and when to eat. Indeed we all know there are meals that need to
be eating in the morning, at noon and evening. But many of us don’t know

Some people opt for a breakfast, coffee with bread sticks and many
more in the morning. This can appear strange to you but note that it’s
only in the morning that we have to eat solid food such as meat, fish,
rice and soups. Eat with any soft drink or orange juice to get enough
energy as we need to spend a lot of energy during the journey.
If you practice an exercise early in the morning, you must drink a
glass of water before doing your exercise and then take a rest before
you start eating well. When midday comes, drink a cup of tea with little
things such as donuts. In the afternoon, it is advisable to not eat but
to drink only water, at least 3 glasses of water. You will release your
body and all components consumed in the morning will go out when you’ll
urinate.
In the evening, your body works less and requires very small foods
such as salad, vegetables and at least 3 fruits. For a good health avoid
eating after 9 pm, at these times all your body needs to rest and can
create problems in your gut if you always eat late.
Keep in mind that eating well does not necessarily need a lot of
money. The most important thing to remember is to have a quiet mind and
follow the various councils to achieve a good nutrition. If you really
