How to Work in a good moon

Working in a good moon can be difficult or easy for people, all depend on the way we take care of ourselves, the way each of us try to forget about the pressure of the BOSS and of course what we do to stay happy during the working hours.

Today we realized that many people try to get a good moon at work, even they come to work with a bad moon. The first thing is about learning how to take care of you. Drink a lot of water before to sleep and avoid beer, wine or any type of alcohol. Alcohol can be taking just after you close from work but avoid taking it late in the night or before to sleep. This will avoid you to screw your face when you wake-up and go to work with a first duty which is to get a good moon before to reach your office.

The pressure is main fact of a bad moon at work, especially when your BOSS is shouting at your back. To avoid getting more pressure with your stuffs, it’s advisable to always check what you have to do the next day at least 30 min when you finish to work. Other workers used to wake-up early in the morning, go to jogging and check what they have to do the same day at work. Those who do such things always handle any matter or complain of their BOSS at work.

The last and best thing is about to do something at work to always be in a good moon and work better. In some office you will see people playing games for 5-10 min, watch short humor video (10 min) and many things to laugh, make their mind free and control their abilities to work on task.
