Working on a computer is not a small matter, especially for people
that tend to spend more than 8 hours a day in front of their computers.
For instance many of us can spend these hours working in front of their
computers, but the average of people who stay focused during these hours
are very low. This is generally due to a bad attitude take by them
before starting their works and sometimes a lack of break during the
working hour.
Many things can be done with a computer. In case you are spending a
lot of times to browse, playing games, doing research for a project and

stuff on your computer, makes sure you get more energies by eating
consistency foods and water.
To better stay focused on a computer it’s advisable to mostly remove
your eyes from these computers. Take a 5 min break at least every 50 or
60 minutes. Try to close and open your eyes during the work. Our eyes
can easily get tired when we are in front of a computer and this is the
main fact of losing control in what we are doing. Make sure you take a
good position on your sit. If you are not sitting well, your body will
claim a rest which can disturb your work. Also, avoid worrying your body
before to work such drinking some alcohol, going to party and many more
things.
