How to eat well

The food is considered as the second source of a human's life after water. Eat well required to eat at least 3 times a day and of course eat all kinds of foodstuffs containing calcium, protein, zinc and more. It is important not to eat anyhow and at any time because this can cause certain diseases in the body and even cause an overweight.


The morning is usually destiny to a certain types of foods, the afternoon to another type of foodstuffs and the evening to some well defined foods. The thing to remember is that eating well allows the body to get all the elements it needs for a good function and also to maintain everyone healthy. It’s advisable to eat constantly early in the morning, which means eating heavy foods. Some people used to eat lighter foods in the morning such as a cup of coffee, some bread with eggs and more.

Avoid these kinds of food early because in the morning the body has to spend a lot of energy during the morning that’s why some heavy foods are necessary to get a lot of strength in the morning. Eat food that contains meat, fish, soup or any other food with enough energy to better maintain the body during the morning.

It is also advisable to practice sport such as stretching or even press up before eating any heavy foods. Sports can maintain a body in a good condition while helping people to avoid sickness.

Foods for midday which is generally eaten at 12PM for many people have to be very soft. It is advisable at this time to take a small coffee, a cup of milk without sugar, some cheese or even butter bread.

It is normal for the body to take such foods on midday. Some doctors in nutrition shop also advice to people to drink three glasses of water which can allow the body to evacuate every toxic element stored during the morning. Without forgetting to drink at least 1 liter of water each day to evacuate all elements which can easy destroy the body or make some people sick.

At 4PM specifically in the afternoon, it’s advisable to not put any food in the body. Only take water, sugar-free drinks and more. There are also people who like to sleep a while at this time just to allow their body to take a break and better continue their activities later.

In the evening eat only foods that contain fruits and vegetables such as salads and many recipes that can be designed by everyone while using only vegetables and fruits. Avoid a lot of oil and other fats elements. At this time the body can’t work like in the morning so it also has to sleep that’s why people must avoid eating heavy foods that could damage their health.
